Fermentation: 21 days with selected yeast, controlled fermentation temperature. 12 hours of pre-fermentative maceration after passing through Boreal at 5 ºC.
View: Pale strawberry pink color, with light vivid and violet tones. Nose: Complex, with fruity notes, aromas of strawberry, raspberry and a light floral touch. Mouth: Fresh wine, smooth and balanced on the palate, where its good load of fruit predominates combined with good acidity and highlighting a great persistence.
