A great cava that stands out for its complexity, elegance and finesse. Pale yellow in color, with very fine bubbles that form a perfect crown. Aromas of ripe tropical fruit, stone fruit, pastry and sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon. A delicate, tasty, creamy and persistent palate. Very well integrated carbonic.
Serve at a temperature of 6 to 8 oC, in a flute-type glass, tall, thin and without decoration.
