DGS Vineyards is the personal project of winemaker David Sampedro Gil. In addition to producing wines in his own winery, he produces wines in different denominations of origin with his own company DSG Vineyards. The sommelier Bruno Murciano also collaborates in this project.

The elaboration of the two varieties with which the El Novio Perfecto wine is made, is done separately to obtain a completely dry muscatel and stopping the fermentation of the Viura with cold, to maintain a natural sugar concentration and obtain a semi-sweet wine. , that does not cloy and be balanced.
Straw yellow color and bright. Fruity aromas of candied oranges and stone fruit. On the palate semi-sweet, light, fruity, fresh and sweet.
