Super Premium Gin , London Dry type, obtained by traditional distillation by hand in small batches in copper stills. Pure water is used, filtered through ancient Chester pebble beds, using the “ Garni Bouquet ” during distillation, a technique reserved only for the most exclusive gins. In addition to the typical and classic botanicals of gins, it incorporates basil, lavender and kaffir lime leaves. It is a blend designed by Joanne Simcock , the UK's only Master Distiller.
Transparent and bright color. Herbal aromas, balanced with earthy notes and a citrus finish. On the palate well harmonized, soft and natural with notes of basil and rich sweet lime.
