In the preparation of Citadelle Gin, the juniper berries, as well as the rest of the botanicals, are individually cold infused to guarantee that the personality of each one of them is achieved. CITADELLE results from the distillation of a water and wheat base in a traditional copper still similar to those used in their time by Carpeau and Stival. The process includes 4 distillations.

Crystal clear and clean color. Delicate aromas of fresh flowers, herbaceous aniseed jasmine, grains of paradise, cinnamon and honeysuckle. Elegant on the palate with notes of juniper, flowers and light citrus.
