It is distilled 4 times in stills that have been in the distillery for centuries and even today part of the process is carried out in a gold still.
Infused with botanicals such as juniper, tangerine, almonds, ginger, violets, coriander, angelica root, cinnamon, gentian, poppy, tonka bean. The latter is a seed with a lot of aroma reminiscent of vanilla, cinnamon or cloves.
Slightly yellow colour. Aroma of juniper giving way to mandarin and floral notes that are enhanced thanks to mandarin. Mandarin, citric, fresh on the palate that gives way to an almond finish with subtle notes of vanilla.

THE DISTILLERY
At the beginning of the 20th century, during excavations in the Alsace region, a site was found with several ancient objects, among which was a small gold still. These were put up for sale and a man who was fond of distilling alcohol fell in love with the alembic and bought it. This is how this gin was born, unlike any other and the only one that is distilled in a gold still. It is made in a small distillery in Alsace, between the borders of Germany, France and Switzerland in a small town, and although part of its recipe remains a secret, we know that it is still being made as it was a century ago.
