Another differentiating element is the base alcohol is rye grain. The water comes from the Ortigosa spring in the mountains on the north face of Guadarrama in the province of Segovia.
Made with 12 Botanicals: juniper, coriander, port tea, cardamom, angelica root, cinnamon, bitter orange peel, tangerine peel, Jamaican flower, pink pepper, Marcona raw almond, orris root.
Double distillation with a complete equipment fractionated in glass, its distillation is so powerful that it exceeds 20 times that of a traditional still, and it eliminates the flavors and residues of copper or stainless steel stills.
Color Transparent and clean. Citrus aromas, fresh and spices. Smooth and dry on the palate with sweet touches. Long and fresh finish.

THE DISTILLERY
The name Siderit comes from the botanical name of port tea (sideritis hyssopifolia). Located in the town of Torrelavega (Cantabria). It is small and handmade.
Founded by two young Cantabrian engineers, David Martínez and Rubén Leivas.
