THE DISTILLERY
The Highland Park distillery is located near the town of Kirkwall, Orkney (Scotland). It was founded by David Robertson in 1798. The distillery makes its whiskeys in a traditional way and with the highest quality ingredients on the market. It is one of the few that still uses the manual mechanism to process malt, which raises its cost up to two and a half times that of industrialized malt.
