THE CELLAR
Abadía de Poblet is a winery that belongs to the Codorniu Group . It unites the winemaking tradition of the monks of the Cistercian Order, from Burgundy, with the knowledge of Conca de Barberà, a unique area that has managed to maintain the cultivation of native varietals. The philosophy of the new monastery wines, which they recover local varietals that transmit the characteristics of the grape with which they are made and the land in which they have been grown. This is achieved by working non-invasively and recovering winemaking techniques from the monks of the Cistercian Order.
