Origin: Scotland

The pale golden color that it possesses is completely natural. It comes only from the barrels in which it has matured, built without nails or glue. No coloring is added, for this reason the depth of color may vary in successive bottlings. Only natural ingredients are used: malted barley, yeast and crystal clear water from the Cardnach spring in the hills above the distillery. And the amount of peat used to malt the barley is very carefully controlled so as not to unbalance the flavor of the final product, and the proportion of sherry casks used is also limited so as not to overpower the flavor of the whiskey.
