To make the Martin Codax Herbal Liqueur, Albariño grape bagasse is used, aromatic herbs such as thyme, oregano, star and green anise, pennyroyal, mint and different spices, which provide digestive power, and an excellent accompaniment for after dinner with coffee.
Yellow color with golden sparkles. Aroma of field herbs, chamomile or mint, peach and flowers provided by the pomace. On the palate it is intense, silky, with pleasant sweetness and a broad finish.

THE CELLAR
The Martin Codax winery is located in the heart of the Salnés Valley (Cambados, Pontevedra). It was founded in 1996 by a group of winegrowers and currently has 270 members, in addition to the collaboration of 300 families whose grapes serve to supply them.
Its vineyards, located in small plots, are characterized by using the traditional arbor system and its wines are made following innovative production techniques without forgetting traditional methods either.
