In the 14th century, Hieronymite monks settled on these lands, creating a monastic farm, which became dependent on the Toloño sanctuary, located on the top of this mountain. The oldest account book kept in the Labastida Town Hall, dated 1596, already reviews every year and until the last century the contribution of wine in jugs from the Nuestra Señora de Remelluri Farm.
Aged for 12 months in 225-liter barrels and 5,000-liter French oak vats.
Picota cherry color, intense, clean and bright. Aromas of black and red fruit (plums and cherries), toasted notes, spicy hints and a balsamic finish. On the palate, round and balanced, sweet and silky tannins. Tasty.
