Generous wine made with first bud musts of the best aging payments following the classic Jerez method of Criaderas y Soleras for the 6th criadera where the aging takes place biological under veil of flower. Soft saline touches (sea breeze) and a background of "chopped" green olives.

Very bright golden colour. Intense pungent aroma, reminiscent of the "flower", almond notes. Delicate on the palate but with body, character and very elegant, a lot of aftertaste persistence.
