Aged in French, American and chestnut oak barrels for 2 years.
It is a brandy that is made together with the Mothers of the wine obtained in the disgorgement of the cava and the distillate of grape pomace.
Golden yellow color, aroma of nuts. On the palate it is soft, sweet and velvety.

THE CELLAR
The Batlles were a family of viticulturists and winemakers settled in Sant Sadurní. It has been in uninterrupted operation since 1881. Josep Gramona, great-grandfather of the current owners, was the owner of several taverns in the old town of Barcelona, being the president of the guild. He had a second residence in Sant Sadurní, where he has been making wines up to the present time. Gramona was the first producer of Marc de Cava in the country, in the 1970s, using the distillation of pomace and long-aging cava mothers.
