DO Toro
Variety: 100% Tinta de Toro.
Made with grapes from century-old vineyards with very low production, cultivated using biodynamic techniques, and harvested by hand.
Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
Deep cherry red color, high robe, with violet notes. Aromas of ripe black fruits, toasted, spicy and smoked notes from the barrel. Full-bodied, meaty and sweet on the palate. Long and persistent aftertaste, the notes of ripe fruit appear again, very well assembled with the roasted wood.

THE CELLAR
Vintae is an innovative, young and dynamic company. It currently produces wines in eight different Denominations of Origin in Spain.
The initiative originates from the passion for wine of José Miguel Arambarri Terrero, a businessman from La Rioja, a great connoisseur and lover of the world of wine.
His vision gave rise to Castillo de Maetierra and Maetierra Dominum, the two wineries that were the start of Vintae.
With the incorporation of his two sons, Ricardo and José Miguel, Vintae took its final form, as a project that is causing a true revolution in different aspects of the wine sector, as represented by the avant-garde and market approach of many of its products or the creation of Valles de Sadacia, the greatest advance in white wines in the entire history of La Rioja.
