Origin : San Juan del Río (Oaxaca, Mexico)
It is distinguished by the conditions of the orange and white earth plant, and long fermentations, which will mark the fruity and mineral tones in flavors.
Elaborated in an artisan way by the palanquero Don Joel Cruz and sons in a rounded stone oven, conical, underground, heated with firewood (black oak), ground in a Chilean tahona pulled by mule, fermented in tall conical oak vats (1,500 lt) with juice and bagasse for 8 days, finally distilled twice in copper stills (250 lt.)
Crystalline color, floral, citrus and almond aromas. On the palate it is soft, with hints of almonds, citrus fruits and sweet ripe fruit.
