Origin: Mexico
Made with agave cenizo, endemic to the state of Durango. This maguey takes 10 to 13 years to mature. Once stripped of its beaks, it is transported by donkey up the mountain to begin the production process in a completely handmade way.
Crystalline and bright color. Elegant, floral and slightly smoky aroma. Slightly sweet on the palate, floral and smoky notes with a long and pleasant finish.
