The elevation of the Chichicapa town where this mezcal is made is 7,000 feet. In a wide valley with a desert and tropical microclimate.
Twice distilled from 100% ripe Espadin agave and produced by hand. Production is limited to exclusive quantities per year to preserve quality. There are no chemicals, colorings or additives in the making of any Del Maguey mezcal .
Intense aroma, sweet and salty notes with notes of caramel, pine, pineapple and cut green beans. Lush, fresh on the palate, with citrus notes, butter, smoked bacon, and a long, smooth finish with nuances of mint.
