Very bright and crystalline amber color. Subtle aroma with notes of smoke, earth, ripe fruit, and caramel. In the mouth, excellent balance of vanilla flavors, wood, development of sweet vanilla, cinnamon and intense red wood finish and confirmed aftertaste, very robust but elegant. Its flavors become very refined and balanced on the palate, without astringency or tannins.

THE DISTILLERY
Los Danzantes Distillery was founded in 1997, rebuilt in an old palenque (artisan mezcal factory) in the town of Santiago Matatlán, State of Oaxaca, a town known as the world capital of Mezcal. It is a group of companies with the mission of revaluing and exalting the gastronomic and cultural riches of Mexico through the fusion of a wide range of Mexican products and concepts such as Mexican food restaurants, the artisan production of its mezcals, the Respect for the communities with which they interact and the environment.
