Rested in French and American white oak barrels for 9 months.
Intense mahogany color. Aromas with notes of smoke, earth, vanilla and maple syrup. Subtle on the palate, soft but well rounded, elegant, robust and sparkling on the palate, touches that come and go between very confirmed vanilla and wood, sweet notes and humid wood, which lengthen the excellent aftertaste.

THE DISTILLERY
Los Danzantes Distillery was founded in 1997, rebuilt in an old palenque (artisan mezcal factory) in the town of Santiago Matatlán, State of Oaxaca, a town known as the world capital of Mezcal. It is a group of companies with the mission of revaluing and exalting the gastronomic and cultural riches of Mexico through the fusion of a wide range of Mexican products and concepts such as Mexican food restaurants, the artisan production of its mezcals, the Respect for the communities with which they interact and the environment.
