Noumad Outland is the first whiskey in the world that, after aging in Scotland, finishes its refinement in the González Byass winery in Jerez. It is a unique whiskey because, firstly, it inaugurates a new category for this drink: Outland Whiskey, that is to say, a crossbreed and nomadic whiskey, and secondly because of its manufacturing process in which 30 different species of malt and malt whiskeys are involved. grain, most of them from Speyside, Scotland, with aging periods of between 5 and 8 years each and once mixed rests for another 3 years in oloroso casks in Scotland and then travels to Bodegas González Byass in Jerez de la Frontera for its commercialization
Its color is bright orange, the aroma of malt and sherry wood make it very special and on the palate it is very soft and elegant, highlighting the flavor of raisins and honey, with hints of vanilla and nuts, leaving a long and pleasant finish on the palate.

A LITTLE HISTORY
The González Byass Master Distiller, Luis Miguel Trillo, and the González Byass Jerez Winemaker, Antonio Flores, have participated in its production, in collaboration with the Master Blender, Richard Paterson. All three agree that this has been one of the most interesting and challenging projects of their professional career. To find the best refinement in Jerez, they carried out various tests, aging the whiskey in casks that had previously contained Fino, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. Our master distillers chose the casks wrapped with Pedro Ximénez for their excellent behavior. The sweetness of the wood, together with the character of this grape variety, make NOMAD a real rarity.
