Made with grapes from old vines, aged for a minimum of 8 to 14 months in oak barrels.
Picota cherry red colour. Aromas of ripe black and red fruits, balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate notes of ripe fruit, candied, spices and light oak. Meaty attack and long, round finish.

THE CELLAR
Bodegas San Valero was founded in Cariñena in 1944. In 1962 it was the first to introduce industrial bottling in Aragon, also being the second in Spain. It currently has 700 viticulturist members and 3,500 hectares of vineyards. The winery has become one of the most modern of the DOP Cariñena , perfectly combining the ancestral traditions in winemaking with the most advanced oenological techniques.
