DO Costers del Segre
Varieties: 45% Chardonnay, 40% Sauvignon blanc, 15% Muscat Petit Grain.
It is harvested at the end of the warm summer, which led to an advance of the harvest date. Harvest separated by varieties, carried out between August 15 and 26, seeking the balance of fruit, freshness and acidity.
Manual harvest carried out during the coolest hours of the morning with a quick reception in the winery. Before its elaboration, the grapes were kept for 24-48 hours in a cold room to favor subsequent cold maceration. Soft pressing. Settling to remove solid particles in suspension. Elaboration separating the different varieties and respecting their character. Alcoholic fermentation, at low temperature (14-15ºC) to obtain a fresher and more aromatic wine, in stainless steel tanks for 18 days. Careful preparation of the final "coupage" to obtain a fruity and fresh wine.
Yellow color, clean and bright. Fruit aromas (grapefruit, peach, pineapple...) with pleasant floral notes. On the palate it is fresh and balanced with a correct acidity that makes it alive. Fruity and with a pleasant aftertaste.
