Pisco made with hand-picked muscatel grapes. For its double distillation, discontinuous copper stills are used and then it has rested in American oak barrels.

THE DISTILLERY

Cooperativa Agrícola Pisquera Elqui Limitada, (CAPEL), was created in 1938, with the union of 30 small distillers from Valle Elqui (Chile) to reduce costs and better sales prices for their products, since during the World Depression of 1929, the The overproduction of grapes in the country hit the small industries and artisan workshops of pisco distillers hard.

From the modest facilities with which they started, today, it is the main distillery producing juice in the country, which is entirely destined for export to the North American and Japanese markets.

It has the latest technology and logistics, which has made it the best distillery in Chile.
