Red wine made with grapes from octogenarian vines grown on slate soils. Manual harvest.
Plum red color with violet reflections. Aromas of fresh fruit, cherry, plum and raspberry, with subtle nuances of floral notes (violets) and minerals.
Elegant and balanced on the palate, fruity and sweet. Fresh finish thanks to the acidity typical of the Mencía variety.

THE CELLAR
The Cuatro Pasos Winery is located in the heart of the Bierzo denomination of origin, in the municipality of Cacabelos (León).
An old manor house from the 18th century, in which wine was already made since its inception,
It was the place chosen by Martin Codax in 2003 to start making his wines in El Bierzo, which have been awarded prizes and awards on several occasions.
