This wine was macerated in cement tanks in order to offer maximum fruit aromas, and aged in large used French oak barrels for 18 months.
With this new project, the prestigious winemaker Peter Sisseck wanted to offer us fresher and fruitier wines than the Flor de Pingus and Pingus, to reach these consumers who are looking for these characteristics.
Cherry color, with violet rims. Aromas of fresh red fruits, spices, oak, vanilla and toast. On the palate, notes of red fruits, toast and spices. Intense, juicy and tasty.

THE CELLAR
Dominio de Pingus is a small and famous winery located in Quintanilla de Onésimo.
Its creator, Peter Sisseck, was born in 1962 in Copenhagen, a winemaker by profession, he has worked in California, and later with his uncle Peter Vinding Diers, in Bordeaux.
In 1990 he came to Spain to take charge of the Hacienda Monasterio winery, and in 1995 he started his own project, consisting of 4.5 hectares of vineyards over 80 years old.
It is one of the most prestigious wineries in the world. Some of their wines have obtained up to 100 Parker points.
