The Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin was created by chance, he was investigating the creation of a liqueur with strawberries when they found the secret: Macerating the strawberry with alcohol, and almost by mistake, the Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin was created .
Light pink colour. Aromas of strawberries, citrus and juniper. On the palate it is soft, sweet, with notes of strawberry and licorice.

THE DISTILLERY
The Los Alcores de Carmona Distillery is located in the Seville municipality of Carmona. It is one of the oldest and most traditional in Andalusia, and in which different distillates are made, such as anise, pacharán, gin, among others.
It was founded by a Basque emigrant named Izaguirre, who settled in Carmona fleeing the Carlist wars.
On the farm where he settled and where the distillery continues today, there is an underground water spring from Roman times, and he decided to start making some distillates.
The quality of its distillates is the result of using the best raw materials. The strawberry, the botanicals and the different ingredients used to make its products are carefully selected from different geographical areas, with the aim of obtaining a top quality product.
