Fermented in French oak barrels and aged for 3 months on the lees and the rest slowly fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Vegetable aromas typical of the Verdejo with which it is made, as well as stone fruits (peach, apricot) and a pleasantly refreshing citrus background. Broad, enveloping, glyceric, creamy and unctuous, with a beautiful acidity that gives it a successful freshness and persistence of aromas.
