THE DISTILLERY
The Gou Family, known in Olot by the nickname Russet due to the blonde color "ros" in Catalan, of their hair, began preparing and marketing their own ratafia more than a century ago, following the family formula.
The 4th generation of the family continues to make this liquor by hand.
