The Rum dead man's finger spiced rum is made from a mixture of rums from Trinidad and Barbados, created by the owners of the Cornwall The Rum & Crab Shack restaurant.
Golden colour. Spicy and sweet aromas. Spicy and smooth on the palate with notes of saffron cake, Pedro Ximénez ice cream, creamy caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and a touch of orange.

The Bristol Y Bath Rum Distillery is located within the Rum and Crab Shack, a famous seafood restaurant in St Ives, CornwalD, also renowned for its Cornish saffron cake.
