Mauritius has a long tradition of rum, its rums resemble the leading spirits of the Caribbean.
Rum made from aged rums derived from the distillation of sugar cane juice and molasses.
Rum aged in American and French oak barrels during its maturation. The maturation times of the individual distillates are from five to twelve years, until they are assembled to achieve a high-quality blend.
Brilliant amber colour. Vegetable and floral aromas, oak, vanilla, almonds, caramelized fruits and
spices. Tasty and velvety on the palate. Notes of wood, freshly squeezed sugar cane, fruits and caramelized fruits, spices, chocolate and coffee.
