Made from the most aromatic raw materials in Fiji in a unique combination: the best sugar cane and the purest water, which finds its way through deep volcanic rocks after tropical rains, extracts of exotic plants, spices and fruits and finally the perfect blend of exquisite varieties of rum, which have matured in American oak barrels for 3 to 5 years.
Distillation in a continuous distillation column system, before mixing with water from volcanic substrates, which has been purified in reverse osmosis systems. During the production process, extracts of exotic plants and fruits native to the island are added.
The result is a rum with a complex flavor, rounded off by a fine note of vanilla and citrus.
Amber color with golden reflections. Slightly sweet aromas with hints of vanilla, coconut and nuts. On the palate, warm, slightly spicy, notes of spices, vanilla, ginger and citrus.
