Dark mahogany color, burgundy nuances with yellow flashes. Aromas that include ripe banana, raisins, brown sugar, vanilla and leather. It finishes with a long rich hint of fading oak and spice flavors. Adding water intensifies the experience and brings to mind flavors of orange and vanilla. On the palate notes of raisin, orange, vanilla, date and a touch of chestnut. The oak gives it flavor, smooth and exceptionally long.

THE DISTILLERY

In the valleys of Ocumare del Tuy, in Venezuela, there is a secret jealously guarded by a select few, the Pampero Master Aging Masters. Industrias Pampero was founded by Alejandro Hernández, the son of a fisherman from Isla de Margarita, in 1938. It is located on a 19th century family property formerly called "Hacienda La Guadalupe" in the fertile central plains of Ocumare, Miranda state. Its creator later dedicated himself to politics, becoming governor of the state of Nueva Esparta and was even a presidential candidate. Today the company belongs to the Diageo Group.
