Traditional liquor from Japan , which is made naturally, based on the fermentation of pure rice of the Yamada Nishiki variety, with an original yeast called Rashomon Kobo, and with natural filtered water from the Kinokawa river.
Rashomon is one of the best-known Japanese sake brands in the world, and is distributed in Europe, the United States, China, and Southeast Asia. Very light color with slight yellow notes. Heavy, starchy rice aroma. On the palate citrus notes, dry and sweet, with a long and persistent finish.
