Sambuca is Italy's traditional drink made from a blend of Sicilian anise with elderberries and pure grain alcohol. The liquor is aged for 6 months in Finnish wooden barrels in order to give it a velvety and smooth texture.
It is ideal to drink alone, with ice, to make cocktails and one of the most appreciated is to drink it with 3 coffee beans inside the glass, set it on fire and wait for it to go out.
Transparent and bright color. Intense aroma of anise. In the mouth, intense, balanced, very rounded, with an anise flavor that lingers in the mouth.
