Gum arabic, also known as gum acacia, is the sap of the Senegal Acacia Tree and African Acacia Seyal grown in Africa. It is totally edible.
In cocktails and cooking, it is basically used to give consistency and stability to the product.
Transparent color. Neutral aroma with some notes of orange blossom. On the palate, round, not very thick, with slight notes of orange blossom.
Ideal for fruit punches, Daiquiris, and mixed drinks, giving it consistency and sweetness.
