DO Cava
Varieties: Macabeo, Xarelo, Parellada and Chardonnay.
The Sumarroca Brut Gran Reserva cava is aged for 24 months in the bottle before disgorging.
Pale yellow, pearly. The constant detachment of small bubbles that explode on the surface form a light circular crown in the glass. Fresh aroma, with fruity notes aging on yeast. On the palate it is creamy and slightly sweet, due to the addition of expedition liqueur. Balanced acidity.
It does not contain gluten or milk derivatives.

Cavas Sumarroca
The Sabartés farm is located in the southernmost part of the Penedès. It is a palace of the s. XVIII surrounded by vineyards, located in the municipality of Priorat de Banyeres and surrounded by 25 hectares of vineyards. The soil is more clayey, with the presence of silt. The influence of the sea, which is only a few kilometers away, is undeniable. This Mediterranean character gives more fruitiness to the base wine.
