Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromas of tropical fruits and fresh grass. On the palate fresh, fruity slightly bitter and very refreshing

THE CELLAR

Celler Tayaimgut, located in Sant Joan de Mediona (Penedés) in the foothills of the Montserrart mountains, founded in the year 2000. It has 2 hectares of low-production vineyards, 1 ha of Sauvignon Blanc, and another with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon , and a production of about 10,000 bottles among all the wines it produces.

Its owner Jaume Bertran, who is in love with the Saiuvignon Blanc variety, has a production philosophy that is based on manual work and the care and pampering of the grape.
