Origin: Mexico
The blue agave is baked in a brick oven for 24 hours, a traditional method that has been used for more than 500 years. Subsequently, the agaves are crushed, obtaining a pulp with which the Olmeca reposado tequila is made, which will later spend 6 months in oak barrels that previously contained bourbon.
Old gold colour. Fruity, sweet and citric aroma, a touch of smoke and wood. Sweet on the palate, with light notes of honey and a touch of smoke and black pepper.
