Made from hand-harvested blue Agave and produced with the traditional and artisan Tahona method, which is known as a double roller, which consists of a 2-tonne millstone of volcanic rock.
Exclusively distilled in copper stills to achieve a clean tequila, which is bottled directly after distillation.
Color Transparent and clean. Aroma of fresh herbs, green pepper and a soft citrus finish. On the palate, smoky notes, sweet and light, with a final taste of mild honey. Ideal to combine.

THE DISTILLERY
Colonial Distillery is located in the municipality of Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. It was founded in 1967. Its Master Tequila Maker, Jesús Hernández, personally supervises the entire production of each of the types of tequila that are made in it.
It belongs to the Pernod Ricard Group.
