Bright gold colour. Aroma is heavy and consistent with berries, raisins, caramel herbs and a hint of smoke. In the mouth, hints of nuts, and forest, caramel and vanilla, leaving a perfect finish on the palate. Very elegant whiskey with a very smooth texture.

THE TOMATIN DISTILLERY
The Tomatin Distillery is located in the town of the same name, in the Monadhliath Mountains in the Highlands (Scotland). It is the distillery that is located at the highest altitude above sea level, specifically 315 meters. At first it was just a small illegal still that supplied shepherds and ranchers of that time, later in 1897 is when the distillery was legally established but its production was irregular until the 1950s.
Years later, in 1985, the distillery was restored under the name of Tomatin Co Ldt and it was during the 1979s and 1980s that it became the largest whiskey distillery in Scotland.
