THE CELLAR
The monks of the courageous Carthusian order who in the year 1095 arrived at the " Priorat " where they cultivated the vine. In 1835 a violent mob destroyed a life's work and looted the charterhouse, events that would later culminate in the Confiscation of Mendizábal". This wine is a tribute to them.
In 1996 the Torres family began planting vineyards on licorella stone slopes. It is located within the municipality of El Lloar, among the vineyards that Torres owns on a hill near this municipality.
