Created by Miguel Torres Carbó as a present for his wife Margarita Riera on Valentine's Day.
The Parellada grape, the finest of the white varieties, produces aromatic fruity whites with a moderate alcohol content. Steely yellow, with luminous gray reflections. It exhibits the pleasant aroma of well-ripened grapes in the sun, with sweet fruity (ripe banana, quince) and floral (honey, acacia) nuances. Voluptuous palate, enriched by the residual presence of fruit sugars.
