The Italian Vermouth Cocchi Di Torino is a vermouth based on a secret and historical recipe from northern Italy from 1891 and is made with Moscato grape as a base, as well as aromatic herbs and spices such as mugwort, china calissaia, arancio amaro and rabarbaro .
Vermouth di Torino is one of the few protected geographical designations of origin of Italian vermouths.
Amber color with orange notes. Aroma of green grapes, rhubarb, tobacco, cola and leather. On the palate it is complex and unmistakable with notes of citrus, cocoa, rhubarb and a balanced bitter touch.

Vermouth Cocchi Di Torino is produced by the Giulio Cocchi Spumanti company on the outskirts of Turin.
Cocchi has been producing, since 1891, 100% Piedmontese wine-based aperitifs and sparkling wines following the best traditions of the Asti area.
