The classic red Padró vermouth is made with wine from the Macabeo and Xarel lo varieties and aromatic herbs to later rest and refine in chestnut casks from the 60s.
Reddish amber color. Aromas of raisined fruits, sweet spices where cinnamon and cloves stand out.
Fresh, creamy on the palate with slightly bitter herbal notes of Mediterranean plants at the end.

THE CELLAR
Padró&Co is a family winery that began its activity in 1886 in Bràfim (Tarragona), a small agricultural town.
At that time Daniel Padró Porta and his wife, Rosa Valldosera, ran a small wine establishment with little machinery (a single press) and a small factory for the distillation of alcohols to market spirits and aniseed. The second generation Daniel (1875-1953) and Juan (1878-1966) Padró Valldosera, joined the business early when their father was gone and were the true entrepreneurs in the development of industrial activity, moving the alcohol factory, expanding it and building the first building of the facilities that we house today, inaugurated in 1916 and a second adjoining warehouse completed in 1932.
The third generation decided to cease the production of spirits to focus the business on the marketing and production of sweet and dry wines and liqueur wines.
The following generations have continued to maintain the same philosophy of bottling quality wines, mistelas and vermouths, providing the company with the necessary technology to modernize oenological processes.
Currently, the winery produces and produces more than 15,000,000 liters with a wide catalog of bulk and bottled products, which it markets in more than 40 countries, thanks to its firm objective of adapting to quality and consumption trends for customers from our country and the world.
