It is made through different distillation and filtration processes in which parts are eliminated until a totally pure vodka is achieved. Only the best French cereal grains are used for its preparation.

TASTING NOTE

Transparent and bright color. Smoky aromas of cereals, such as wheat, oats and malt. On the palate floral notes, slightly sweet creamy. It is soft and velvety.

THE DISTILLERY

Fernando and Estevan Banús are two brothers who come from a family of Catalan distillers since 1887. Their grandfather began distilling perfumes. The father continued the business, and they were pioneers in Spain by importing brands such as Ballantine's and Bolskaya vodka. In 1986 they moved to Ingenio, Gran Canaria, where they had a small distillery. 5 years ago they began to investigate until they produced this magnificent vodka.
