Origin: Russia

It has been distilled 5 times. A small proportion of cedar is added to the liquid before it is carefully filtered through Siberian silver birch charcoal. The water used comes from the Altai mountains, known for its purity. White winter wheat is grown on the fertile Altai plains.

Its name is inspired by the discovery of the Yukagir mammoth in 2003. The bottle recalls the tusk of the mammoth. The stopper is engraved with a map of Siberia.

Transparent color, aromas of Siberian cedar nuts (favorite fruit of mammoths). On the palate it has a sweet taste with an almost sweet apple and anise character.
